| SPUA technology is the new type site curing and fast shaping
technique and features solvent free, fast curing, not sensitive to
dampness, short construction period and outstanding physical
properties. The technology has been applied in USA and Western
Europe for over 10 years with high market potential. Free of catalyzer, fast curing, it can be coated and shaped on any curved, beveled and vertical surfaces without sagging, it can curdle within 5 seconds and reach the strength for walking within 1 minute. Not sensitive to moisture and dampness, it is not influenced by the environment temperature and humidity when constructing. Dual components, 100% solid content, without toxin and freely, it is environment friendly. Excellent physical properties, such as tensile strength, flexibility and wear resistance. Outstanding heat stability, it can be used permanently under 150℃, and can bear 350℃ short time heat impact. It can be mixed with various pigments and stuffing for producing products of different colors. Freely adjustable formula, the handle ranges from soft rubber (Shore A30) to hard elastomer (Shore D65). | Spray polyurethane / polyurea elastomer technology is developed on
the basis of Reaction Injection Molding (RIM) technology, the same
as the development of polyurethane /polyurea RIM technology which
has three phasespure polyurethane (PU),polyurethane (PU) /polyurea
(PUA), ③pure polyurea (PUA), the development of Spray polyurethane
/polyurea elastomer technology also has three phases. And the most
important reason is: during the course of Spray polyurethane
(including polyurethane /polyurea) elastomer, it may easily foam
caused by environment temperature and humidity, which may acutely
drop the material performance. When relative humidity is 85%, it
can be seen when spray polyurethane and spray polyurea material
density changes as the system NCO indices that: spray polyurea
material has extremely high tolerance to environment temperature
